网曝吃瓜 recognized for governance excellence

The award, one of only seven handed out annually, recognizes the 网曝吃瓜’s (网曝吃瓜) excellence in Board and Director Effectiveness.
鈥溚爻怨� has intentionally focused on becoming a best-in-class association since 2017. Our governance effectiveness has been a multi-year journey, and we review our association against best practices annually,鈥� said 网曝吃瓜 President Mary Van Buren.
Of note is the robust governance manual and a fulsome orientation for the Board, National Advisory Councils (NAC), and Board Committee volunteers developed by 网曝吃瓜鈥檚 staff and Governance and Nominating Committee over the past two years.
鈥淥ur internal evaluations have shown strong support for our governance and engagement model, and this external recognition by the Governance Professionals of Canada, its sponsors, and this year鈥檚 panel of judges reinforces the decisions we have taken and the tools and policies we have developed and implemented to support our current governance model,鈥� stated Charles Caza.
