The CCDC documents are:
- Updated CCDC 5A – 2024 ‘Construction Management Contract – for Services,’ dated February 12, 2024
- Updated CCDC 5B – 2024 ‘Construction Management Contract – for Services and Construction,’ dated February 12, 2024
- Updated CCDC 17 – 2024 ‘Stipulated Price Contract Between Owner and Trade Contractor for Construction Management Projects,’ dated February 12, 2024
The ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï document is:
- Updated ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï 19 – 2024 ‘Stipulated Price Sub-subcontract,’ dated January 3, 2024
